Site and soil inspections
for septic and onsite
wastewater treatment systems
from just $300* + GST
Are you building a new house on acreage or upgrading an older septic tank based system that has failed or is too small because of a growing family or house extensions?
Then your local Council will likely require that you have a site and soil assessment carried out to determine the type of wastewater treatment system suitable for your property and circumstances and also the best location and size for the treated effluent disposal area.
*$300 includes one site visit (greater Caboolture QLD area, but we are happy to travel further, additional travel charges may apply), soil sampling
(upto 2 boreholes), soil and site assessment, recommendations, basic
wastewater site plan design (one draft provided for your for comments,
before final), and report suitable for submission to Council for approval.
Additional charges may apply for travel more than 20 km, soil permeability
tests (percolation tests); re-drafts of plan (one draft provided in basic
price); additional site visits or final inspections; additional consultation with Council or others;
modified, detailed or non-standard designs. Please check with us first.
